No County legal action will result from this inspection.Discussed date marking for the chili, corn dogs, and hot dogs. According to the establishment's label, the corn/hot dogs and chili are held for 9 days once taken out of the freezer. Day one starts the day that the package (plastic bag) of TCS foods is open and held in refrigeration at 41F. When the package is opened, TCS foods can be held for a total of 7 days at 41F. For example, corn dogs removed from the freezer on 9/8, package opened 9/12, should be discarded by 9/18. The establishment's labels show a discard date 2 days longer than the Food Code requirement. Please update the information in the label maker to be in compliance with the FDA Food Code date marking requirements.
