Inspector's notes

Observed on the food service line, containers of coleslaw with internal temperature between 55 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Per PIC, they were checked this morning about 10am and were in temperature. Containers of coleslaw were moved to the walk in refrigerator to cool to 41 degrees Fahrenheit at the time of inspection. TCS foods shall be held at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below to prevent microbial growth. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Thermometer inside the unit was showing 60 degrees. PIC put in a service ticket for the unit. TCS foods shall be held cold at 41 degrees Fahrenheit or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
