Observed 4 gallons of milk that were past the expiration date (labelled 1/19, 1/20, and 1/22) cold holding in the reach-in cooler near the produce area. Spoke with PIC and they removed the milk gallons and discarded them at the time of inspection. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed dust, dirt, and black build up along the floors throughout the store and in the back storeroom and restroom area. Spoke with PIC and these will be cleaned. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
