observed at the front service food prep. station. pans pf tcs food such as cooked beans, chopped steak, and shredded pork checked. temperatures indication 109-125 deg f . informed facility manager. manager adjusted steam table temps. also added additional hot water to steam wells. food pans also re-heated to 165 deg f . please ensure tcs food is kept at 135 deg f or higher. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
