Observed topping refrigerator unit at 66F. Discussed with PIC that toppings need to be refrigerated at 41F and refrigerator needs to be serviced. PIC embargoed toppings reading temperature at 66F, included peppers, relish and onions. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection and will have refrigerator serviced prior to next inspection.
