Observed missing screw from guard in ice machine. Person in charge stated the machine has been cleaned multiple times since losing the screw, confirming the screw is not in the ice. Discussed replacing screw to keep ice guard smooth and easily cleanable. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
