Observed cracked/missing cove base on wall next to walk-in freezer and on corner next to hot box and oven. Discussed having cove based repaired/replaced with person in charge. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
