The plumbing under the prep sink was recently replaced and is now directly connected. Please re-plumb the sink with an airgap and funnel/hub drain, the same as the 3-compartment sink. Also discussed the RO system that is installed under the prep sink. Emailed the installation and backflow prevention requirements.
