The establishment was observed cooking, packaging, and hot-holding hamburgers for sale in a hot case. The premises already has a commercial kitchen constructed, but may require structural upgrades to come into compliance. Per manager, the establishment plans on selling hamburgers & burritos. Instructed establishment to cease operations until application has been submitted and an Eating & Drinking permit has been issued. Provided directions for applying via email.
