Stopped by the location to see what changes were made to the food service operation.Pizza's are being obtained form an outside source and are ready to eat and pre-cut.Pizza is moved into a different box and served out. This will be the complete scope of work for the next three weeks. The only other open food served is pop-corn. Pop-corn machine will be positioned in the bar area where there is a hand wash sink.Cookies should not be baked on site and can only be brought in from other locations already wrapped.Bowlero is okay to proceed in this manner during the remodel of the kitchen.No County legal action will result from this inspection.Printed on site.

Establishment is being remodeled. Walk through conducted with the superintendent of the facility which revealed a temporary kitchen, set up in a side room. In this room pizza is being made and cooked off in a electric oven. As of the moment you are in violation of the Maricopa County Health Code and Food Service will need to cease immediately. Staff on site agreed to stop operation. Open food service will need to stop until the remodel is complete.For future projects it is strongly advised to disclose these types of initiatives and including this in the submittal so we can find solutions together.No County legal action will result from this inspection with the compliance you are showing.Please call (602)526-6171 for questions or comments.Printed on site.
