Three compartment sink currently has no faucet. Per person in charge it broke off. Establishment has open pickles and soda nozzles and therefore is required to maintain the three compartment sink in functioning order so that nozzles and tongs and can be washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Until sink is repaired three bucket method for sanitizing utensil/nozzles will be utilized with chlorine sanitizer. Correct prior to 3rd reinspection. (3rd Consecutive violation.)
