Observed ware washing machine after being run several times is providing a maximum temperature of 155*F and operator's temperature stickers not changing color to signify sanitizing temperature has been achieved. Person in charge will put in a work order for repair and until then ensure all items are properly washed rinsed and sanitized in three compartment sink (with correct concentration of quat sanitizer at time of inspection).
