the hand washing sink in the front retail was draining slow , partially clogged. the hand washing sink in the back utensil washing area was blocked/filled with articles. discussed with staff on duty. manager removed all articles. also manager cleaned the drain line. please ensure the hand washing basins are available and accessible. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 6-301.11 - Priority Foundation: Handwashing Cleanser, Availability. observed three compartment soiled and debris accumulated in the basin. frequency of cleaning reviewed with manager on duty. manager assigned a staff to remove articles and scrub all sinks and the drying boards. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
