Observed less than 10 ppm chlorine sanitizer in the dish machine, actively being used at time of inspection. Chlorine sanitizer should be between 50-100ppm to ensure the dishes are properly sanitized. The machine was primed then tested correctly. Discussed daily priming. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed hand washing sink by entrance to back of the restaurant and next to the three compartment sink did not have hand washing signage. Discussed with Person in Charge (PIC) a sign or poster that notifies food employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks used by food employees and shall be clearly visible to food employees.
