Upon taking temperature samples of products (Horizon brand milk 40'F, Shamrock brand milk 39'F, Tropicana brand orange juice 40'F, protein bars and cheese 39-41'F). Items were in temperature and PIC discarded tested items (Horizon brand milk, Shamrock brand milk)per store policy.. Cold holding TCS food and labeled 'keep refrigerated' food items must be held at 40'F or below. PIC was instructed to move the items (Shamrock milk, Horizon milk) to another compartment (temperature measured at 41'F) to the right of the left-end compartment at time of inspection. PIC filed a work order for the unit in question to be inspected at time of inspection.
