Per manager, TCS foods were in reach in refrigerator overnight. TCS foods (sliced cheeses, sliced deli meats, yogurts, cream cheeses) were discarded. See embargo form. Ambient temperature of 3 door reach in refrigerator was 46.7*F, taken with inspector min/max thermometer, 43*F, taken with both inspector probe thermometer and establishment ambient air thermometer. Discontinue storing of TCS foods in 3 door reach in refrigerator until repaired. Manager called in repair company for refrigerator. Maintain TCS (time/ temperature control for food safety) foods at a cold holding temperature of 41*F or less at all times. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
