PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-202.11 (A), P: Approved System... Observed mop sink faucet hooked up to a wall mounted chemical dispenser during inspection. Faucet is equipped with an atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB) device and dispenser was attached via hose and y-valve downstream from the AVB. Y-valve was disconnected at time. Please ensure only approved plumbing systems are installed; chemical dispenser must be supplied by a dedicated water line and devices which stop flow from faucet are not allowed.
