No CFPM onsite at the time of inspection. PIC stated they are studying for the exam and should have the certificate within one month. A Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) is required to be on the premises during all hours of operation. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Inspector's notes
Observed eroding sections of painted wall behind the steamtable on the service line. Observed portions where drywall is exposed from erosion. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Advised PIC to repair wall and cover with a durable, smooth and easily cleanable material such as FRP or stainless steel. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
