Observed a mop sink with a missing cap at the atmospheric vacuum breaker at the back general manager back room area. Talked to staff about correction. Ensure there is a cap at each AVB. The other 2 mop sinks are correct. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection. Send picture of correction within 3 days.

Predefined Comment: Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Predefined Comment: Shut-offs, including chemical dispensers and sprayer nozzles, are not approved for continuous installation downstream from atmospheric vacuum breakers. Predefined Comment: All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times.
