Observed dried soda syrup sprayed up the corner of the wall in room behind soda dispensers. Physical facility must be cleaned frequently enough to prevent accumulation of dirt, organic matter, and food debris. Must clean physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Observed tornadoes ( chicken chili verde, beefy cheese nachos, cheesy pepperjack, rancho steak and cheese) on warm rollers with an internal temperature of 105*F. According to PIC, tornadoes were cooked in oven 30 minutes prior to inspection and were moved back to oven to re-heat to 165*f prior to serving. Employee stated hot dog rollers are no longer used for heating purposes.
