Observed bent metal cove base plate inside walk-in cooler next to the door leaving a gap between wall and the cove base. Also observed bent metal cove base plate next to the freezer door leaving a gap between wall and the cove base. Discussed ensuring a smooth easily cleanable surface with no gaps with manager. Manager will submit a work order. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
