Observed main handsink next to frozen yogurt machines with a maximum water temperature of 86*F. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. All other sink fixtures in establishment were supplying hot water at time of inspection. Must repair handsink to provide hot water of at least 100*F prior to re-inspection. Working containers used for storing poisonous/toxic materials such as cleaners and sanitizers taken from bulk supplies shall be clearly and individually identified with the common name of the material to help prevent the dangerous misuse of the contents. The person in charge sent the inspector a copy of their latest pest control invoice showing the last pest control application was done 07/02/24. Operator was called and confirmed a certified pest control applicator had not treated the establishment since the last routine inspection. Operator was informed they cannot apply their own pest control using household pesticides and must have a certified pest control applicator treat the establishment. Establishment must be maintained free of pests and all pest control measures must be conducted by a licensed pest control specialist. Repeat Violation PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-205.15 (A), P: System Maintained in Good Repair; According to Law>>>Observed atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB) leaking when the faucet was turned on at mop sink. Faucet has a hose attached without a 1 inch air gap from flood rim of floor drain. Establishment must repair/replace the AVB to ensure backflow prevention at mop sink. Also observed leak from copper piping next to hand sink; the leak is filling/overwhelming the floor drain and occasionally allowing water to flow onto ground of kitchen.
