Predefined Comment: No County legal action will result from this inspection.PIC mentioned aesthetic/decoration remodel taking place outside of the kitchen area with no changes made to the kitchen or bar areas. If a remodel of the kitchen takes place you must submit plans for approval prior to moving forward with any remodeling. A facilities Inspection was conducted for kitchen area as it is non-operational at time of inspection. Provided Administrative Change Request Form as establishment is rebranding under the same ownership PIC stated. PIC stated that freezer is not operational at the moment and no foods were observed stored in the unit. Discussed hand-sink hot water knob in kitchen area.

Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. Must repair handsink to supply water through a mixing valve between 100*F and 120*F.
