Squeeze bottles of chipotle mayo and thousand island dressing with internal temperatures between 52 degrees F and 53 degrees F were cold holding in the prep table across from the grill area. Bottles were held in the top portion of the prep table above the rim of the metal pans inside. Spoke with PIC and the dressing were discarded at time of inspection. Recommended going forward to store the bottles in the bottom portion of the prep table or in the walk-in cooler. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. Eggs not treated to destroy Salmonellae can be stored in equipment that maintains an ambient air temperature of 45°F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed the faucet and knob portion of the hand sink at the Rooftop bar loosely fitting onto the basin with significant corrosion. Observed leaking water coming from the condensate line inside the walk-in freezer. Observed the atmospheric vacuum breaker (ACV) at the mop sink faucet installed loosely. The AVB appears to be functioning properly, however. The establishment shall maintain all plumbing in good repair. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
