Observed container of breakfast burritos with the lid on cooling in the reach-in unit next to the fryers at 53*F using probe thermometer, verified by PIC. PIC stated the breakfast burritos were prepared and placed in the unit 90 minutes prior to inspection and relocated them to the walk-in to finish cooling. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
