Observed hand sinks in the restroom, are metered faucets, and they stay on for about 11 seconds in the mens restroom, and about 4 seconds in the womens restroom. Talked to manager about hand sink requirements. Ensure that metered faucets are able to stay on by itself for at least 15 seconds. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
