-- Water for hand sinks only reaching 75°F after running consistently for several minutes at the start of the inspection. Reviewed MCESD requirements with the person in charge: Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. At the time of inspection, the PIC adjusted the temperature settings on the water heater, and the water for the hand sinks were able to reach 100°F using probing thermometer. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
