Inspector's notes
Observed the bar warewashing machine with 0ppm concentration of chlorine. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of chlorine sanitizer levels to ensure 50-100ppm concentration. Person in charge (PIC) will discontinue using the warewashing machine until it is repaired and will use the 3 compartment sink. PIC relocated all food-contact surfaces to warewashing area to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection on 02/06/2025
