Observed lots of water by grease trap drain connected to three compartment sink. Person in charge states that there is a clog in drain not allowing for proper drainage, but that the drainage is slow. Person in charge also states that dishwasher is not affected by clog and that there is a plumber coming out later today to fix clog. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection by 6/8/26.
