Unable to verify a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) was on site at the time of inspection. The PIC had Food Protection Manager Training Certificate posted. Explained to the PIC that the training certificate is not the same as the Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM). A CFPM is required to be on the premises during all hours of operation. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection
