Person in charge (PIC) said they are in the process of setting up to sell more hot foods than just hot dogs. Observed no active dish washing or signs of previous dish washing. Person in charge mentioned there is no dishes to be washed as they are still in the process of setting up to sell more hot food. Discussed with PIC the requirements for the three compartment sink if it is going to be in use.

All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed the hand wash sink in the back of the store, next to the mop sink, blocked by a furniture dolly and ladder. All hand wash sinks must be maintained in a way that allows for it to be accessible at all times to promote proper hand washing. The PIC moved the equipment out of the way of the hand sink.
