Facility has the following items; Acoustic tiles over the mopsink, three compartment sink area, salsa bar --- provide vinyl washable ceiling tiles Rusted shelves in the walk in cooler -- replace Stainless steel placed at the aqua fresca area -- seal area between stainless steel and brick wall Facility has salsa bar has been turned so customer can self serve --- either salsa bar must be turned with plastic sneeze guard facing customer OR install sneeze protection for customer self service Leaking faucet at the three compartment sink area -- repair Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
