Inspector's notes
In open grab and go cold case, assorted TCS foods (yogurt, hard boiled eggs, packaged deli sandwiches, packaged burritos, packaged breakfast sandwiches, packaged hamburgers, snack boxes with cheeses) with internal temperatures of 50*F-51*F. Per manager, TCS foods were placed in cold case <4 hours. TCS foods were moved to walk in cooler to rapidly cool back down to proper temperature. Ambient air temperature of cold case was 30*F from thermometer on outside of unit, and 48.7*F, taken with inspector probe thermometer. Discontinue use of grab and go cold case until repaired and able to maintain proper temperature. Maintain TCS (time/ temperature control for food safety) foods at a cold holding temperature o 41*F or less at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
