Priority Foundation-5-103.11, Pf: Capacity-Quantity and Availability -- No hot water due to water heater failure. Water is being delivered from the hot water faucets at 81°F. Per person in charge (PIC) and maintenance personnel, a new water heater is on order to be installed in approximately two weeks. PIC states that water is being heated in the kettle for warewashing purposes; this was also observed at the time of inspection. Correct By: Correct Prior To Reinspection
