Observed caulk in disrepair along the splash guard of hand wash sink. Discussed with person in charge importance of guard to be easily cleanable and prevent pathogen growth. PIC stated they had purchased the caulk and will repair guard as soon as possible. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
