Core-4-402.11, C: Fixed Equipment, Spacing or Sealing ------ Observed an unsealed gap between handwashing sink and wall at the sink near the carbonator. The 3 compartment sink also needs sealed against the wall. Advised person in charge (PIC) that fixed equipment shall be sealed to wall to ensure proper cleaning.
