Of note: Establishment has an Reverse Osmosis system. Unit requires an RPZ on main water line. ASSE 1013 RPZ backflow device (recommend stainless steel housing) upstream of thewater system. Do not install any copper or brass downstream of the backflow device. Provide a funnel drain below the relief valveof the RPZ backflow device and drain to the floor sink/ mop sink.Recommend: adding light cover to light inside storage area; add trash lid to trash in employee restroom; repair warped flooring below prep sink; adjust air gap below prep sink. Recommend: FRP on wall behind main oven.
