-- Multiple frozen food items such as boneless chicken wings, cheese sticks, apple pies, and fries were softened in reach-in freezer near fryers. Internal temperature of foods measured at 31°F using probing thermometer and the ambient temperature measured at 31.1°F using min/max thermometer. Stored frozen foods shall be maintained frozen unless in the process of slacking or thawing. Requested the PIC place items in walk-in freezer at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
