Observed icicle build-up on the condensor unit of the walk-in freezer at time of inspection, rendering the area neither smooth, nor easily cleanable. Discussed cleaning frequency and routine maintenance with PIC. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Handwashing sinks must dispense water at 100°F through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Hot water available at proper temperatures at all other water fixtures throughout the establishment. PIC was aware of the faulty unit in question and stated a work order has been put through prior to inspection; work order is expected to be fulfilled later today. PIC put up a out of service sign at time of inspection and agreed to use other handwashing sinks in the kitchen until unit in question has been repaired. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
