Inspector's notes
Observed three buckets used for three different walk-in refrigerators to capture condensate water from the refrigeration systems. The buckets are then drained into the mop sink. All condensate lines should be routed in a permanent manner to a floor sink for constant, proper drainage. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
