Observed that the mechanical dishwasher is not properly dispensing chlorine sanitizer. The initial test resulted in 0ppm sanitizer dispensed. The PIC primed the dishwasher, after which it dispensed sanitizer but less than 50ppm. Another run without priming the sanitizer resulted in 0ppm sanitizer dispensed. Mechanical dishwashers must dispense sanitizer such that it tests between 50ppm and 100ppm of chlorine sanitizer. The PIC said they will call for repair of the dishwasher and wash all wares in the 3 comp sink until dishwasher is working properly. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
