-- Multiple missing/damaged floor tiles throughout the facility. Standing liquid (water and oil) observed to be collecting in areas where the tiles were damaged. All floors, walls, and ceilings must be maintained and repaired such that it is smooth and easily cleanable. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

The person in charge provided the most recent pest control report from 12/22/23 showing cockroaches are being targeted and a pest control technician is scheduled to treat the establishment again this week.
