Observed open faced zap style electric fly zapper near the microwaves in the main kitchen. Electric fly traps cannot be placed in the kitchen next to food preparation areas. Remove and/or replace with sticky style trap with catch basin. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed soiled surfaces inside the ice machine and underneath some of the equipment in the main kitchen. ALso observed two holes in the drywall behind the ice machine and one in the lower part of the wall by the cabinets near the boba station. Observed a few missing or damaged tiles. Repair and clean all areas. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
