Final construction inspection walkthrough with the superintendent. The following items will be addressed by the superintendent before the store opens:1). The collar of the center island chase will be re-mounted.2). The sprinkler heads in the walk-in cooler have some foam but not enough to close the penetration completely. Fill in penetrations and make sure the are air tight.3). Stainless lids will be provided at the sides on the ice bins. There are 4 lids missing. Make sure edge is clean and then install lids and make sure they fit and seal properly.Noted that the spray down hose is not in place under the soda station. If installed make sure it is properly plumbed in with drain lines and Backflow Valve. Install like the other valves.Construction complete and approved per FDA Food Code.This establishment/operation has been evaluated and qualifies for the issuance of the permit. To complete the permitting process, meaning issuance of this permit, and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the annual operating permit fee to the Department’s Administrative Services. Note that fees paid up to this inspection approval did not include the annual operating permit fee. PAYMENT with a credit/debit card can be made via phone at 602-506-6824, Option 2. Payment with a credit/debit card can be made on-line via select “Pay a Fee” at esd.maricopa.gov. Equipment inspection walk through with superintendent. The following items were discussed;1). Backflow valves will be tested. 2). Please install a splash guard to the right side of the east side hand sink.'3). Many of the areas will be based out, please also base out the center island in the front kitchen with metal base. The rest all gets rubber including ice room and mop closets.4). All penetrations through the walk-in units will be filled and finished out. 5). All doors to the walk in units will be self closing.6). Please make sure the ice bin lids are a tight fit and are snug in place.7). Mop sinks will be caulked in at top and bottom. 8). Please address the gap in the base in the cooler, all cam hole plugs will be installed.No County legal action will result form this inspection.Inspection has been e-mailed.
