Observed two lunch entree containers of cooked tri tip and vegetables with an "Enjoy by" date of 3/10/2025. Spoke with building representative. All RTE/TCS foods past 7 days of preparation were discarded at the time of inspection. Ensure all RTE/TCS food items are sold or discarded by discard date. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
