Observed liquid eggs prepped and frozen on 7/11 and thawed on 8/12 with 7/11 date marking on 8/15. Almond milk opened 8/10, half and half opened 8/10, oat milk opened 8/11 with no date marking on 8/15. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). All RTE/TCS foods were properly date marked at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.18 - Priority: Ready-To-Eat Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Disposition. Observed employee washing dishes as a customer came in the establishment. Without washing hands, employee put on gloves in preparation of making RTE food for customer. Discussed the importance of proper hand washing and when hand washing is required with the person-in-charge (PIC). Hands must be washed at any time contamination occurs and when changing tasks. Employee was instructed to wash hands before continuing with food. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

All bulk food items not easily identifiable must be labeled with common name of food. Person in Charge (PIC) is going to label the unlabeled containers not easily identifiable. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
