The bidet on the toilet that does not have an air-gap must be removed.2. The new 3-compartment sink and adjacent hand sink must each be properly attached and secured to the wall behind them.3. The RPZ backflow prevention device for the water supply line to the soda fountain carbonators must be remounted horizontally instead of vertically as it is currently. A funnel drain assembly must be installed below the device that drains to the nearby floor sink with a minimum 1 in. air-gap. All piping and fittings on the downstream side of this device must remain plastic or stainless steel, no copper or brass. This device will have to be tested by a certified backflow testing company.4. The drain pipe for the ice machine must be positioned up off of the floor so that it drains into the floor sink with a minimum 1 in. air-gap between the end of the pipe and the flood rim of the floor sink.5. Clean up the storage area to the west of the ice machine.6. Provide a cove base finish at the floor/wall junctures along the FRP behind the soda fountain area.
