Inspector's notes

Observed the only hand wash sink located in the kitchenette has been removed. The establishment serves breakfast every morning from 6-9:30am consisting of fruit, cereal, coffee, and waffles. In order to prepare these items, the food employees must be able to wash their hands, to prevent the spread of food borne illness. Due to the missing hand wash sink, the establishment is suspended at this time. Once the hand wash sink has been repaired and replaced, please contact the inspector to lift the suspension. A permit holder shall immediately discontinue operations and notify the regulatory authority if an imminent health hazard may exist because of an emergency such as a fire, flood, extended interruption of electrical or water service, sewage backup, misuse of poisonous or toxic materials, onset of an apparent foodborne illness outbreak, gross insanitary occurrence or condition, or other circumstance that may endanger public health. Corrective Action: Correct at once.
