Final construction inspection. Construction complete and approved. Superintendent will follow up on:1). Superintendent will cut back all the excess foam in the walk-in cooler and behind the dishwasher.2). Backflow valves will be tested and certified tomorrow and tests will be e-mailed.3). Soffit will be finished up to the side of the menu monitor.4). The floor under the soda station will be grouted where missing grout.5) Floor will be touched up, several spots near the water softener.6). Ceiling panels will be installed where missing after final hood inspection tomorrow.7). Finish the edge of the stainless steel floor cut out under the soda station.8). Hole in the ceiling in the west side restroom will be patched. 9). Caulk at the back of the mop sink will be finished up.This establishment/operation has been evaluated and qualifies for the issuance of the permit. To complete the permitting process, meaning issuance of this permit, and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the annual operating permit fee to the Department’s Administrative Services. Note that fees paid up to this inspection approval did not include the annual operating permit fee. PAYMENT with a credit/debit card can be made via phone at 602-506-6824, Option 2. Second walk through With company management and superintendent. The following items were discussed:1). Three compartment and prep sink spray assemblies will receive a uni-strut for support.2). All sinks and dish wash gutter will be caulked in, provide flush or beveled away from the wall beads of caulk.3). Same for the mop sink as No.2. Also silicone to the floor and om the vertical plain to the wall.4). All floor sink and floor drain flooring collars will need to be ground in and then the plate installed. Now there are gaps around the collar which are not acceptable. Pre drill in collar and then install flat head screws so the floor and collar and screws are all flush and there is no tripping hazard.5). Install condensate drain lines for the water heater. Use PVC or SPVC, manifold and lead to the mop sink. Properly brace, maintain gravity flow and a one inch air gap. make sure the outlet is free from the mop sink ledge.6). Install hub drains for the two back flow valves over the mop sink, manifold and lead to mop sink. Properly brace. See #5. 7). The flooring is not yet complete, silicone gaps between door frames and flooring up the wall, some more Z trim will be installed near electric room and also under the front service area hand sink.8). There are two pieces of brass/ copper downstream of the soda backflow valve. Remove and provide non-copper/ brass only.9). There are some holes in the wall behind the dish washer, also in the wall at the front counter where electric conduit runs through the wall. Please finish out penetrations.10). Soda bag in the box chase lines will need to be finishes out on all ends, provide a smooth and easily cleanable finish. In the back at the bag in the box seal the flooring to the chase.11). Provide coved base along the front of the walk-in unit. Use metal coved base or install flooring.12). Make sure to fill in and finish out all penetrations through the walk in walls and ceiling.13). All stainless joints will be caulked, under the hood, shelve at hood, counter tops, sinks, soda counter at drive through, etc.14). A Reduced Pressure Zone backflow valve will be installed upstream of the inlet of the hot well, Install in accessible location and have the valve tested and certified, Install with hub drain and lead to the floor sink.15). Noted several drains that are running angled under the counters, as much as possible, run along the wall and then forward so you keep access to the floor for cleaning. Like strawberry rinse sink drain. Maintain air gaps.16). Raise the drain line of the front hot well and brace and double strut.17). Raise the drain line of the ice machine in the front. Run along the Z-trim at that height and then to the floor sink with air gap. is way you can clean under the drain line.18). All stainless cove in the kitchen must have a 3/8 inch cove. Or install rubber base over it, install stainless coved base or omit.19). Fly fan will be activated by a micro switch on the pass trough window.20). Soda counter in dining room will need to be sealed to the walls.21). All laminate plank panels will be finished up and on the soffit and edges caulked, also to the side of the TV's where there are gaps.At final please make sure that you have tot water, backflow valves have been tested and certified, that all equipment is in place and that all refrigeration equipment is on and holding temperature.No County legal action will result from this inspection.Printed on site.

Plumbing inspection conducted with site superintendent, Kyle. At the time of this inspection, this project was about 20% complete. Inspection report was emailed to Kyle and Chase.Lemon sink and citrus sink are to be converted to hand wash sinks to meet the requirements. Prior to final:1. Provide splash guards on hand wash sink if equipment or food prep is to occur with 24 inches.2. Floor sink is not required for hand wash sinks.3. Provide an ASSE 1013 for carbonator, upstream of RO, misters, hot water well as Stipulation letter states.4. All water fed drink machines will require an ASSE 1022 dual check valve.5. All plumbing downstream of RO is to be pex or plastic (including stub outs).Provide stipulation letter.Please continue with construction according to plans, stipulation letter, and inspections.
