Observed fifteen plastic containers of cooked potatoes stacked near prep sink with internal temperatures measured to be 73-98*F. Per Person In Charge (PIC) potatoes were finished cooking (cooked to 140*F) at 11:30AM, more than two hours prior. Per PIC no additional temperature was checked. Reviewed cooling policy with operator and foods must be cooled from 135*F-70*F within the first two hours. Final construction inspection. Construction complete and approved. Superintendent will follow up on:1). Re-silicone the three compartment sink, prep sink, hand sink and hood. Make sure caulk lines need to be flush with sink edges. 2). Re-caulk the mop sink and close the gap and provide a flush caulk line.This establishment/operation has been evaluated and qualifies for the issuance of the permit. To complete the permitting process, meaning issuance of this permit, and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the annual operating permit fee to the Department’s Administrative Services. Note that fees paid up to this inspection approval did not include the annual operating permit fee. PAYMENT with a credit/debit card can be made via phone at 602-506-6824, Option 2. Second inspection walk through for the wingstop. Construction is a 90-95% completion. The following items were discussed:1). Drain line under the counter across from the fryers will be finished out, or half escutcheon and caulk or other solution.2). The hood will be sealed to the wall at the wall junctures.3). Floor sinks and trench drains will have a beveled transition tile / sink where the sinks are recessed.4). There are a few areas where grout needs to be touched up, under three compartment sink, restroom etc. 5). Where FRP is cut wide at outlets or escutcheons like in the bathroom please finish out.6). Corner guards will be caulked at the joints.7). There is an outlet cover missing on the wall across from the fryers.8). Corner guard missing east of the hood.9). Please make sure that there is no gap under the back door.At time of final please provide hot water and make sure all refrigeration is on and holding at proper temperatures.Soda Backflow valve was tested 8/18/2023No County legal action will result for this inspection.Printed on site.

Plumbing inspection conducted with site superintendent, Chad S.At the time of this inspection, this project was about 20% complete. Inspection report was emailed to Chad S.Went over all requirements from stipulation letter.Superintendent stated that all backflows will be installed where necessary, an additional water line is to be added at mop sink and floor drain under soda counter will be accessible because it will be boxed out under cabinet.Please continue with construction according to plans, stipulation letter, and inspections. Please call (602) 526-0917 or the inspection request line 602-506-6824 for an equipment/construction inspection between 50 - 75% completion of project or if an additional onsite walk-through is needed. No county legal action will result from the inspection.
